Which Daybreak Village Is Best for My NeedsThe Daybreak Community located in South Jordan is a thriving community filled with friendly neighbors and plenty of amenities within walking or biking distance of each home. With eight different villages, there are plenty of Daybreak homes perfect for whatever amenities you are looking for:

  1. Creekside Village

This village is positioned between two creeks that not only offer peaceful tranquility, but also outdoor activities like hiking and fishing. Creekside Village is designed after Salt Lake’s historic homes but instead made with sustainable products and energy-efficiency.

The amenities within Creekside range from a 15-acre park, which is the second largest Daybreak park, to the Creekside community pool that is anything but ordinary.

  1. Eastlake Village

This particular village offers homeowners lake front properties on Oquirrh Lake. At the Eastlake commons, there is a large corridor park that offers a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and a skateboard park. There are eight small neighborhood parks, which offers residents extra outdoor space near their homes.

  1. Founders Village

This village is Daybreak’s first development. Near the south end of Daybreak by the southern edge of the lake, this area was built with families in mind. The largest park in Daybreak is Founders park, which is situated like a T, as it runs through the center of Founders Village. There are areas designated for soccer, barbecuing and picnicking, basketball, and swimming.

  1. North Shore Village

The North Shore Village wraps around the north side of Oquirrh Lake. What is unique about this particular village is that many of the homes are solar powered, which is both sustainable and affordable. For those looking to live green, North Shore helps make that possible. On top of that, there are tennis courts, soccer, fields, lake access, and a zip line available to all residents.

  1. Soda Row

This area is Daybreak’s retail shopping area. While there are town homes ready for purchase, offering a trendy, urban vibe, this area is mostly dedicated to small, independent businesses, including a grocery store, bakery, health facilities, and clothing stores, among other shops.

  1. Garden Park Village

This community is designed for 55 and over. The homes are built to be low-maintenance, and residents can choose from small town homes to large lake front property homes. As far as amenities go, there is a community center with a pool, gym, and clubhouse membership.

  1. South Station Village

This area is near the southern TRAX station, which is a transit system perfect for those commuting into the city. This village is a mix of commercial real estate with urban apartments and townhouses.

  1. Lake Village

This village straddles the north and south areas of Oquirrh Lake, and is the most expensive village. The homes are spacious lake properties filled with top of the line craftsmanship. With the gorgeous views, this village is in high demand.

With these villages offering different amenities, it allows you to find the best fit for your stage of life.
