ENERGY STAR® has show that a typical ENERGY STAR® home, when compared with a typical standard home uses substantially less energy for the basic functions of a home. That would include heating, cooling and water heating. That can mean $200-$400 in annual savings. Now, if you live in your home for an average 7 to 8 years, well you can see how that adds up.

In fact, we were doing a little math and figured that of all our homes we have constructed, and figuring out the the years they would be used, well it was staggering to see that our owners will save over $8,500,000. That's a pretty significant impact for our owners and for the planet.
